Neil Hayes is a general partner at Mingolello & Hayes who finds that accurate and constant communication with each client is integral to every project that we undertake. The experience he has gained in over twenty years of providing and developing architectural solutions has shown him the importance of protecting a client’s vision of a project—from conception to completion.

A master of organizing and coordinating the multiple engineers and construction professionals required to complete a project, his close involvement assures that each project proceeds according to plan and is delivered on time and on budget. At each step of the way, he prides himself in keeping the client aware of the progress and informed about the project. His success on a wide range of projects—from the most basic to the most complex—is a testament to the effectiveness of his methods.

Neil received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Boston’s Wentworth Institute of Technology, is licensed to practice in Connecticut and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.

He holds a number of professional and civic memberships, including being a commissioner of both the Inland Wetlands Commission and the Americans with Disability Act.
